What's the difference between our Deluxe Tour & Classic Budget Tour Guaranteed Departures? Two Hotel Styles and Included Dinner Plans distinguish the itineraries and your experience: Our Deluxe Hotels Itinerary (below) features 5-Star Hotels in Florence & Rome, 4-Star in Venice and Cortona, and 5 total included dinners at authentic, off-the-beaten-path restaurants. Our Classic Budget Hotels itinerary of this Tour features Superior Tourist Budget Hotels (2 1/2 to 3-Star, True Italian Boutique Hotels - Simple, Small and efficient) which are also noted below. The Classic Budget also includes one Welcome Dinner in Venice. If considering the Classic Budget, be sure to consider adding the 5 Total Dinner Inclusion Supplement for $390/person. Buon Appetito! All other experiences are exactly the same: admissions, private guides, all gratuities and hotels located in heart of the cities.

Do we provide Airfare? Yes, we can arrange your air travel from the QueensLander air department. We'll work with you to get the absolutely lowest-fare available based on your travel preferences. We utilize both our own air department and online agencies to find the best rate. At the end of the Great Cities Tour you should set your flight to return from Rome. Or if you are extending to the Amalfi Coast, then you should set your flight to return from Naples. Remember, airfare is a completely separate arrangement from your land tour. It is your responsibility to arrive at the point of tour origination (Venice) on time regardless of whether QueensLander has arranged your air. We very much encourage trip cancellation and interruption insurance.

We've tried to include everything! However, make note the following items are not included:

• Our Stunning Arrival Experience into Venice San Marco! Enjoy our Meet & Greet by QueensLander® Representative, included shuttle from the airport to the airport boat dock where you will board our private water taxi across the bay of Venice. This hosted experience is the perfect way to arrive Venice. Imagine yourself on the Lagoon of Venice with service right to our Deluxe Hotel's backdoor entrance from the canal. Portage begins at the boat. Rate is $134 per person, 2 guest minimum from Venice Airport or Train Station across the Lagoon and includes all gratuities. Time: 45 minutes to 1 Hour.
• Departure Transfers from Rome Hotel to Rome Airport are $69/person, 2 guest minimum.
  
• Lunches - One lunch experience is included in Tuscany. Our Tour Captain will offer great, affordable options for you everyday.
• No set menus and No hotel buffets: Only real restaurants where you order what you like! On our Deluxe package, a total of 5 Dinners is included with Premium Wine, Colas, Bottled Water (both naturale and frizzante) and regional cuisine. Our Classic package includes the Welcome Dinner in Venice only (upgrade to 5 total dinners included - inquire with reservations). Our Tour Captains will invite you to join them to unique restaurants each night, regardless of whether the dinner is included.

MAGIC PORTAGE SERVICE ~ your portaged suitcase (one per adult or $119 fee for additional bag portaged) will 'magically' meet you in your room throughout the tour.

That's it ~ everything else excluding personal item purchases is included.

Our tour captain will meet you at the hotel on Day 2, or if you've opted for our Arrival Transfer you will be met at the airport or train station. Arrive in style and enjoy the Bay of Venice! We make our way to our hotel in the heart of Venice located very near St. Mark's Square.
